Pala Resort and Spa has undergone a major HVAC upgrade. Several 750-ton centrifuge chillers and outdoor cooling towers have been housed in the new Central Utility Plant. The cooling system was also upgraded with high-efficiency DX chilled water compartments.
A new distribution pipe system delivers chilled water to new rooftop air handlers. NIC Consultants provided structural services for the project. McParlane & Associates developed the MEP design utilizing advanced systems by Trane.
