Our Team

NIC managing principal and founder, Dr. TJ (Touraj) Eimani, has a Ph.D. degree and M.Sc. from USC with more than 25 years of experience in structural design and evaluation/review services. Mr. Eimani is a licensed Structural Engineer in the state of California and Arizona. He has been in charge of the design team for numerous projects ranging from 1 to 250 million dollars in construction cost.

Mr. Eimani has been the Structural Engineer of Record (SEoR) for a variety of projects, including:
