Tower-2, Tulare Regional Medical Center

Tower-2 at Tulare Regional Medical Center (TRMC) is an addition to the current hospital campus. It is intended to house up to 105 patient rooms and other supporting functions such as labs and imaging equipment. The gross area of the project is about 110,000 square foot. The estimated construction cost was $65 million.
The superstructure is a 4-story structure designed in Revit. It is supported by steel special moment frame systems over a basement. Mr. Eimani, managing principal of NIC Consultants, was the SEoR for BFL on this project.
