The project consists of four (4) three-story buildings on grade. The project provides total of 171 residential units with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments ranging from 600-1300 square feet. The project is classified as Type-VB construction.
Total gross area of the project is estimated to be about 210,000 square feet. There are about 105 tucked-under parking stalls within the first floor of the buildings. Amenities include a 3,000 square foot clubhouse, pool, spa and 600 square foot pool house. The project will include total of 120 carports and trash enclosures.
