The project included total renovation of a luxury condominium at Enclave Luxury condo complex (Montage).

The proposed renovation required creation of several new openings and relocation of the existing shear walls within the unit. The lower unit, under different ownership, presented structural challenges and innovative approach to avoid conflicts. NIC managing principal, Mr. TJ Eimani, was the SEoR for BFL on this project.
