House of Ruth, Tustin

House of Ruth, offers a unique solution to the So Cal housing crisis. The two-story, seven-unit apartment complex is located at El Camino Real in Tustin. It will offer temporary, private residences for about 30 people, most of them children. The project is funded by the non-profit Family Promise of Orange County and in partnership with HomeAid Orange County, a charitable arm of the Building Industry Association.

NIC Consultants has proudly provided the structural design of the project in collaboration with HomeAids and other design firms.
