The Construction continues its progress!
Construction is progressing at the affordable housing project in Morgan Hills. The village consists of fourteen (14) multi-story buildings containing 249 apartments. Innovative technologies such as MiTek’s hybrid trusses have proven cost-effective while providing reliable performance.
NIC Consultants developed the project’s structural design, while KTGY Architecture and Planning created the village’s vision. Jemcore Development Partners is the developer behind this project.
