Construction is progressing on the Monterey Family affordable housing project. A multi‑building residential community designed to serve very‑low and low‑income households. The project includes 94 residential units across four (4) separate buildings, each three stories tall. In addition to the residential buildings, it includes thoughtfully designed open‑space amenities, including a clubhouse, laundry, community and computer room, and a mailroom.
NIC Consultants developed the project’s structural design, while KTGY Architecture and Planning created the village’s vision. ROEM Corporation developed this project.
