Following a successful permitting process, the construction of this affordable El Monte housing project will soon begin. Preparation for construction activities has already started and is well underway for the immediate ground-breaking of this long-anticipated project.
NIC Consultants developed the project’s structural design to bring KTGY Architecture and Planning’s vision to life for Domus Development. Construction is being managed by Walton Construction, Inc.
