Work on Foundation System is Complete!
The placement of concrete footings is concluded and the forming of columns and shear walls is in progress. The construction of this affordable housing project is on track for completion in the summer of 2023.
NIC Consultants developed the project’s structural design to bring KTGY Architecture and Planning’s vision to life for Domus Development. Construction is being managed by Walton Construction, Inc.
