West Gateway is a city-block large mixed-use building complex, with construction cost of $85 million. It includes 354 residential units and 30,000 sqft of retail spaces and leasing office.
The project includes three separate Type-V residential buildings that are supported by a common podium deck plaza.
The podium and garage are CIP post-tensioned concrete slabs. Mr. Eimani, the managing principal of NIC Consultant, was the SEoR for BFL on the project.
