The project included both residential and commercial developments with a construction cost of $80 million.
The residential portion included four separate buildings providing total of 516 luxury condos. It consisted of two seismically separated subterranean parking structures (Type-IA). The residential portion consisted of 4-story (Type-V) light frame construction. The project was entirely supported by cast-in-place piles.
Mr. TJ Eimani, the managing principal of NIC Consultants, was the SEoR for BFL on this project. The Architectural design provided by KTGY. The Owner was Makar properties.
