The projects include complete Tenant Improvement for five different existing retails spaces for use by Opus bank in Southern California. These were located at West LA, Downtown LA, Corona Del Mar, Laguna Niguel, and Crystal Cove.
The work included site assessment of the existing structures to ensure their capacity in supporting the added loads and design of new components to support new Vaults, ATMs, Deposit Boxes, dropped soffits, ramps, stairs, etc.
Mr. Eimani, managing principal of NIC Consultants, was the SEoR for BFL and the interior design by HKS.
