Chico, CA college students now have a new choice for housing with the grand opening of Cedar Flats Student Lodging. This 40-unit high end residential apartment complex features state of the art amenities such as a 24-hour indoor/outdoor fitness studio, expansive exterior spa lounge with outdoor kitchen and grills, community lounge, clubroom and coffee bar, bicycle storage and on-site surface and covered parking.
This development is conveniently located less than a quarter mile from CSU Chico’s main campus and will serve students from both CSU Chico and Butte College.
