New senior affordable housing is under construction in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Villa Pacifica II will offer 60 residential units with one and two bedroom apartments. The facility, built on land previously owned by the city, features a nearly 5,000 sf community room, onsite laundry, outdoor built-in BBQs and a canopy picnic area. The project is three-story, on-grade, Type-VB construction with wood framing.
Villa Pacifica II is conveniently located walking distance to bus stops, supermarkets, pharmacies, retail, public library and medical clinic. It was designed with environmentally sensitive landscaping, energy efficient systems and water conserving plumbing to reduce maintenance and utility costs.
