Accessibility and Community defines Depot at Santiago, Santa Ana’s Newest Affordable Housing Development

Construction is nearing completion at Depot at Santiago, a Transit-Oriented housing development (TOD) built by Orange Housing Development Corporation in partnership with the City of Santa Ana. It is designed based on an innovative concept that transforms new development of urban areas. The site is located adjacent to the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center providing future residents with convenient public transportation. The 70-unit mixed-use project consists of two separate multifamily buildings, a connecting subterranean parking garage, vibrant outdoor plazas, multiple podium decks, several retail spaces, and 3,000 square foot community room that is allocated to social gatherings and community events and the display of public art.
NIC Structural Engineering Consultants is proud to have provided the structural design for this transformative project. The Architectural design is by Bassenian & Lagoni and the developer is C&C.
